Booking Terms & Conditions
We respectfully remind our guests that a reservation constitutes a contact. Any cancellation or breach of contract is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost with a minimum of £35 per room normally payable upon completion of booking, alternatively a credit/debit card reference can taken which will be charged in the event of cancellation or breach of contract.
Guests may wish to consider holiday insurance.
